The Beginning
Lori was born and raised in Broomfield, Colorado located about half way between Denver and Boulder. "It was a wonderful
place to be a kid," Lori says, "plenty of fun outdoor activities all year around!"
Lori then attended Colorado State
University in Fort Collins, Colorado. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication and double majored in
Journalism.
"Following school, one of my professors helped me line up a contact to do professional voice-overs."
That was going great for Lori and then another exciting opportunity came her way. "The phone didn't stop ringing one morning,"
she said, "There was a write up in the Rocky Mountain News featuring a 'spokesmodel' position for a casino in Central City.
Several of my newly graduated friends were scouring the want ads in the newspaper every day. They saw the spokesmodel opportunity
and encouraged me to go for it!"
From Colorado to Las Vegas
Needless to say, after auditioning, Lori got the spokesmodel position in Central City. "It was such a wonderful experience-
I really learned every detail of promotion planning and implementation, not to mention the casino business." She appeared
on billboards, in commercials, voice-overs and in print to promote the casino and worked in-house as well. Lori hosted all
of the slot tournaments, drawings and special events. "It was such a treat," she recalls, "I had the most wonderful, loyal
players and formed many special friendships. Even now when I host special events all over the country, I still run into friends
from Colorado- to this day!"

After two successful years at the casino, the owners took notice of Lori's abilities- in a big way! They moved her to Las
Vegas to take her spokesmodel role to the next level. She was now the spokesmodel of a much larger casino property. Lori
continued to appear in commercials, radio programs billboards and print ads, but on a much larger scale. "My parents
came to visit and couldn't believe it when they saw my face on one of the huge screens outside the casino winking at people
down the strip! It was surreal and hilarious!"
Las Vegas and Beyond...
Lori enjoyed her position at the casino for about two years when she decided to venture out on her own. "I knew I was
ready to pursue a variety of projects including trade show narration and television," she says. Lori has narrated for the
Consumer Electronics Show, Comdex and some of the largest shows in the world for many repeat clients. Lori also appeared
as a weekly segment host, keeping viewers up on the latest events and conducting celebrity interviews on "Entertainment Las
Vegas Style," and also co-hosts Irving's weekly entertainment television show "About Towne" in Texas. Lori appears
live on the Home Shopping Network for many of her clients as a very successful Guest Host. "I continue to work all over the
country, and the world, and enjoy working with many different clients in a broad spectrum of industries."
"When I have opened my heart to a friend, I am more myself than ever." Thomas Moore
